Due to satisfaction from cardmembers, the concierge service has been receiving high praise and usage.
Please be informed that as of Saturday December 1, 2018 at 12:00am, Titanium Card members may make new requests via telephone only. Concierge will continue to be available 24/7 to take requests. There is no change for Gold and Black Card members, who can continue to initiate new requests via telephone and email.
Upon receipt of a new request, Titanium Card members may elect to receive reply from the concierge via telephone or email and correspond accordingly. For any outstanding requests that were initiated before December 1, email can continue to be used to interact with the concierge.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused. We look forward to receiving your requests via telephone from December 1 onwards. Please be aware that any new requests by Titanium Card members received by email will not receive a reply.
